Define & Strategize: Scope of Work (SOW)   Once engaged, we dive deep into the technical and logistical foundation of the project. We translate your aesthetic and functional desires into a detailed Scope of Work (SOW),  Investment Guide, and project timeline.   This document helps to ensure every decision is made with the full picture in mind. For transition projects, this is where we begin inventory management and organizational strategies.

Conceptualize & Finalize: Design Presentation   We take the strategy and develop a comprehensive design package. This includes layouts, mood boards,  drawings, material selections (finishes, fixtures, furnishings), and 3D renderings as needed.   You receive clear, well-documented options designed for efficient, confident decision-making. We present, revise based on your feedback, and secure final approvals for all elements before moving to implementation.
